You must go to the “audience” section to upload your custom audience list
If this is your first time using Twitter ads, you may not see the Audience section.
For Audience section to be active, you must apply the following.
- Add new payment method
- Add a new credit card
- Your payment methods will appear here.
After you enter your payment method, you can see the audience and other active sections at the top.
